Fast & Fierce Elite Cheerleading
Providing all-star cheerleading to families through trust, integrity and availability.
Fast & Fierce Elite was started with the intent to provide all-star cheerleading to all athletes. Our program is affordable and accessible to all families. We focus on providing exceptional instruction to athletes and focus on individual growth as well as team growth. At FFE, athletes are treated with respect and are pushed to reach their potential.
Meet Our Coaches
Cheer Director & Owner, Jessica Rapp
Jessica is the director of cheerleading at Fast & Fierce Elite. Jessica has been involved with cheerleading for 25+ years. She cheered for a pop warner program and later cheered for Greece Olympia High School. Jessica started junior coaching at the age 12. She has coached many rec, high school, and all-star programs. Jessica has helped several college teams with tumbling and stunting instruction. Her teams have won several awards for cheerleading and coaching. Among those awards, Jessica was recognized as an outstanding coach by the New York State Assembly in 2016. She often volunteers to help local rec programs with choreography, stunting, and tumbling.
Jessica is passionate about cheerleading and takes pride in knowing what every single athlete is working on skill wise in the gym. She started this program to give back to the community as well as give each child an opportunity to learn and grow in a friendly and safe atmosphere.
Jessica has her bachelor’s in Education with a certification to teach grades 7-12 English Language Arts. Jessica is currently working on her master’s degree. She is a full-time high school English teacher for a charter school in the city of Rochester. It is Jessica’s mission to help each child reach their fullest potential.
CFO & Owner, Justin Rapp
Justin Rapp is a Rochester Native and attended high school in Hilton, NY, graduating in 1999. Justin played several sports throughout his high school years. He attended and graduated from Monroe Community College and Roberts Wesleyan. He holds an associates in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management. Justin Currently works at Crane Dental Lab as their Director of Business Operations. Justin has three years of cheer experience. As CFO, Justin handles all business aspects of Fast and Fierce Elite.
